Description

APV R-Series is known for it's rugged, long lasting design and efficient performance.

This simple and robust design allows for all sanitary parts to be changed in minutes without removing the pump from the line. The pumps are fitted with an 'O' ring front cover gasket, making the routine maintenance even easier.

As a strip clean unit the simple rubber lip seal is front loaded for easy replacement.

For special applications a range of metal or plastic rotors in several different profiles can be supplied, which are ideal for abrasive or corrosive products.

R pumps can be fitted with enlarged rectangular inlets for metal and dough slurries. Additionally, if entrapped air is a problem, special de-gassing front covers can be used, enabling entrapped air to be removed prior to cooking or processing. If you have a problem with fitting a pump beneath your tank or hopper a front cover outlet can be supplied. For higher discharge applications a cover with outrigger bearings is available.

Pumps can be supplied with a variety of drive units, or complete with hoppers or auger feed units.
