Sales Order Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Order Administrator to join our Order Processing team based within our Head Office in Slough. This position will ensure that our customer orders are processed, monitored and goods despatched and invoiced in line with customer expectations.
Confident in handling customer enquiries both written and oral and comfortable using Management Information Systems, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, creation of purchase orders and follow up through to despatch when invoices will need to be raised.
Full training will be provided and previous administration experience would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing all customer orders in a timely manner
- Monitoring the order book, and follow up to ensure all orders are despatched in accordance with customer expectations
- Creation of purchase orders utilising our internal systems
- Ensuring despatched goods are processed and included in daily invoice runs
- Recording and resolving all after sales issues
