Product description

The compact Blue-White FLEXFLO® M serie hose dosing pumps are widely applicable in chemistry and (waste) water treatment. The pumps are extremely suitable for the accurate dosing and injection of aggressive and viscous chemicals with a low dosing capacity.

FLEXFLO® M-serie

The design of the FLEXFLO® ensures that the pump is self-priming and the medium only comes into contact with the hose. The precise CNC milled rollers compress the hose as optimally as possible up to 8.6 bar. This maintains the output of the pump, optimizes tool life and ensures a long hose life.

By means of the smart patented 'Tube Fail Detection' system, the pump is immediately stopped if the hose breaks. The roller acts as a shut-off valve, so that no precious / harmful liquid will “leak”.

Brushless drive M3 + M4 model

Another big advantage of these compact hose dosing pumps is the brushless drive. The motor of the M3 and M4 model is equipped without carbon brushes. Maintenance is therefore minimal and simple. The only wearing part is the hose, which is easy to replace.
