This service ensures adequate performance of the pump set. The most important part of this service - supervision of the installation of pumping equipment, is included in the price of all industrial pump units supplied by us:
- Comprehensive inspection of equipment before delivery;
- Installation site evaluation;
- Initial inspection of the installation of the pumps before their connection to the pipelines, including an inspection of the alignment of the axles;
- Verification of inter-axial alignment using the latest laser alignment technologies after connection to the pipelines;
- Correct start of the pump;
- Brief of the customer's staff.
In addition, it is possible (and recommended) to check the operating parameters of the pump at the factory, to check the operating parameters on site after starting the pump, as well as to record the initial vibration and noise level of the pump, energy consumption.
