Delta Acque CheckStab tartaric stability control

The presence of unstable proteins in wines can lead to the development of hazes in the bottle, making the wine unsuitable for commercialisation. To address this, CheckStab Instruments, already a leader in tartaric stability control, has developed a user-friendly, highly practical device called β2018 iProtein, designed for protein stability analysis.

Description

Quick and easy protein stability determination is made possible thanks to the integrated nephelometer. The instrument features a thermostatic bath with both heating and cooling functions, adjustable according to the selected measurement protocol. It allows for the simultaneous analysis of up to 15 samples, streamlining the testing process and increasing efficiency.

The nephelometer is equipped with a tube recognition system, which simplifies data storage and ensures a high level of automation. The built-in software automatically calculates NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) values for accurate evaluation of sample stability and provides effective management of the analysis data.

Fully autonomous, the instrument operates independently without the need for connection to a PC. It is delivered with two pre-configured protocols for protein stability analysis, both of which can be customised by the operator to meet specific operational requirements.
