Description

NIR spectrometer systems enable non-contact, non-destructive chemical ingredient analysis of raw materials and precursors, intermediate or final products in numerous industries.

The most relevant parameters, such as content of active substance (protein, fat, OH ...), amount of coating or level of moisture, can be measured in fractions of a second and therefore the production processes can be controlled to reach the predefined quality. Polytec spectrometer systems are distinguished by their flexibility and versatility since, depending on the product and properties to be measured, a spectrometer with a different NIR spectral range can be chosen.
