Description

The Pinch Valve consists of a REINFORCED ELASTOMERIC TUBE inside called the SLEEVE.

The elastomeric sleeve or tube is the only part of the valve in contact with the fluid. The valve lacks seats, gaskets or tows, so they are excellent for very abrasive or aggressive fluids such as slurry, passage of solids, or for pneumatic transport of dust.

They work like when we step on a hose in a garden: by imprisoning or strangling its cuff, the flow of fluid/solid is allowed to pass through the interior of said sleeve.
