Product description

Blue-White SONIC-PRO MS6 is specified where chemical dosing should be measured, verified and communicated to a control system. It is installed in chemical feed lines downstream or around chemical dosing equipment and is relevant in water treatment, wastewater treatment and industrial chemical feed systems where underfeed, overfeed or undetected no-flow conditions can affect process quality.

The MS6 uses ultrasonic flow measurement for liquid chemical feed. Blue-White states that the meter measures ranges of 10-5,000 mL/min and 100-10,000 mL/min depending on configuration, and help centre data describes measurement as low as 10 mL/min. It provides real-time flow and totalisation and can send analog and digital outputs to PLC, SCADA or other control systems. Verified product data lists PVDF and PEEK wetted/body materials, maximum pressure data of 200 PSI / 13.78 bar in the eCatalog, maximum temperature of 104°F / 40°C, and connection options such as 1/2 inch barb, 1/2 inch M/NPT and 1/2 inch PVC slip. Blue-White also lists NSF/ANSI 61 and CE compliance in product specifications.

For operators, the MS6 helps confirm that chemical feed is actually reaching the process instead of relying only on pump speed or stroke settings. This supports alarm handling, dosing verification and process documentation. AxFlow can help check chemical compatibility, flow range, connection type and communication requirements before quotation.

Blue-White SONIC-PRO MS6 is used to measure liquid chemical feed from dosing pumps. It provides real-time flow and totalisation in chemical feed lines. This helps operators verify that chemical feed is reaching the process.
Blue-White product data lists measurement ranges of 10-5,000 mL/min and 100-10,000 mL/min depending on configuration. Help centre material also states measurement from 10 mL/min. The correct range should be selected against the application flow.
Blue-White eCatalog data lists PVDF and PEEK body or wetted materials for MS6. Chemical compatibility must be checked against the actual chemical, concentration and temperature. AxFlow can help review this before selection.
Yes. Blue-White describes analog and digital outputs for PLC, SCADA or other control systems. Exact output options should be confirmed for the selected configuration. This is important for alarms and dosing verification.
Check flow range, pressure, temperature, chemical compatibility, connection type and required outputs. Blue-White data lists pressure up to 200 PSI / 13.78 bar and temperature up to 104°F / 40°C. The final specification should follow current product data.
