Andritz Ritz ACP & S Series is used where a single-stage process pump must cover changing liquids and demanding industrial duties without introducing unnecessary complexity. Applications include pulp and paper production, chemical processing, food and energy systems, water supply, wastewater treatment, drainage and related process-water services.
The ACP and S families use single-stage centrifugal hydraulics with closed, semi-open or open impeller arrangements depending on the duty. The ACP platform is designed around a modular system that reduces the number of unique components, while the S series is the predecessor to ACP and remains relevant in installed bases that require correct identification for service or replacement.
AxFlow lists flow up to 9,000 m³/h, head up to 190 m, differential pressure up to 40 bar and temperature up to 200 °C for the combined family. Depending on impeller design, the pumps can handle stock suspensions with consistency up to 8%, and AxFlow lists cast iron, stainless steel and duplex material options together with ATEX availability.
Correct impeller and material selection affects wear, efficiency and maintenance interval, especially with fibers, solids or corrosive media. The modular architecture and reduced parts variety can simplify spares planning, while AxFlow can support pump identification, duty-point checks, spare parts and modernization of installed S-series equipment.
