Klaus Union TP NO is intended for sump, tank and pit duties in chemical and process plants. The range is relevant where process reliability, controlled fluid handling and equipment availability are important selection criteria, particularly in chemical, petrochemical, energy and other process-industry installations.
The pump uses single-stage vertical design; SiC radial bearings; submergence up to 10,000 mm; API 610-based option. This construction is selected to match the hydraulic duty, process medium, installation arrangement and sealing philosophy while keeping maintenance access and operating stability in focus.
Current Klaus Union data publishes a capacity up to 3,500 m³/h, a delivery capability of 220 m, a temperature range of -40 to +300 °C and a pressure rating up to PN 63. The family is based on DIN EN ISO 2858 / DIN EN ISO 5199; exact limits depend on pump size, material, operating point and selected configuration.
Correct selection can reduce leakage risk, unplanned maintenance and process interruptions over the equipment life cycle. AxFlow can support duty-point review, materials and configuration selection, spare parts and service planning; contact AxFlow to identify the appropriate Klaus Union TP NO configuration and availability.
