Product description

Blue-White CHEM-FEED MC pumps are used where chemical metering must be controlled against pressure and integrated with plant operation. Typical applications include water treatment, wastewater treatment and chemical dosing duties where a diaphragm metering pump is preferred over a peristaltic design.

Blue-White describes MC2 as a positive displacement chemical metering pump with a motor-driven diaphragm and full stroke length for consistent flow. Technical data for MC2 lists built-in leak detection through DFD, DiaFlex diaphragm technology, 4-20 mA, pulse and remote start/stop inputs, relay, 4-20 mA and motor status outputs, plus heavy duty PVDF pump head and valves as standard. The MC2 product page also references LCD user interface and pulse/frequency/4-20 mA input capability. Blue-White help material notes that MC2 was discontinued as of 1 January 2024, so availability and replacement options should be checked before specification.

For maintenance teams, the CHEM-FEED MC platform provides a valve-based diaphragm metering option for pressure duties where accurate chemical feed and control connectivity matter. PVDF wet-end construction supports chemical compatibility checks, while DFD and outputs help operators respond to fault conditions. AxFlow can help verify whether the requested MC model is available or whether a current Blue-White alternative is more appropriate.

Blue-White CHEM-FEED MC is used for diaphragm chemical metering in water, wastewater and industrial dosing applications. It is relevant where chemical feed must work against pressure. AxFlow can help confirm whether the exact MC model is available.
Blue-White technical data lists a PVDF pump head and valves, DiaFlex diaphragm technology and DFD leak detection for MC2. It also lists 4-20 mA, pulse and remote start/stop inputs. Chemical compatibility should be checked for the actual medium.
Blue-White help material states that MC2 was discontinued as of 1 January 2024. That does not automatically define local availability or spare parts status. Contact AxFlow to check availability or replacement options.
MC2 data lists 4-20 mA, pulse and remote start/stop inputs, with relay and 4-20 mA outputs. Exact functionality depends on the model and configuration. Check the current manual before integration.
Check chemical compatibility, pressure, required flow, diaphragm material, wet-end material and control signals. Also confirm whether the requested model is still supplied. AxFlow can help compare the duty with current options.
