Key Specifications

  • Flows up to 506 ml/min
  • Pressure up to 5.2 bar

Product features

  • Suction-shoe design → self-compensates for wear to support stable volumetric performance over service life
  • Very-low-flow range → supports precision dosing from 8.5 mL/min in compact equipment
  • Verified operating envelope → 8.5–506 mL/min, 5.2 bar differential pressure and system pressure up to 21 bar provides a factual basis for initial duty screening
  • Magnetic-drive containment → removes a conventional dynamic shaft seal from the liquid path and reduces a common leakage and wear point
  • Compact pump architecture → supports integration into OEM equipment, analytical instruments and space-constrained process skids
  • Application-specific material selection → lets wetted materials be checked against the actual process liquid before ordering
  • Defined operating limits → checking pressure, temperature, viscosity and suction conditions reduces the risk of incorrect selection
  • Service-oriented construction → supports planned maintenance and replacement of wear components instead of reactive intervention
  • Configuration and drive options → allow the pump and drive arrangement to be matched to the required duty and installation
  • AxFlow selection support → helps confirm the correct series, configuration and service reference before purchase

Product description

Micropump GA is a magnetic-drive suction-shoe gear pump for very-low-flow dosing, metering, circulation and OEM fluid handling. It is intended for engineers, OEM designers and maintenance teams that need predictable fluid handling while controlling leakage risk, process repeatability and service access. Selection should start from the required flow, differential and system pressure, viscosity, temperature, suction conditions and chemical compatibility.

The GA uses Micropump suction-shoe technology with spur gears, stationary shafts and static O-ring sealing, with magnetic coupling between the pump and drive. The magnetic coupling transfers torque without a conventional dynamic shaft seal in the liquid path, keeping the motor-side drive physically separated from the process liquid. This removes one common leakage and maintenance point while the hydraulic principle defines flow behaviour, pressure capability and suitability for the duty.

Flow is 8.5–506 mL/min, maximum differential pressure is 5.2 bar and maximum system pressure is 21 bar. The published temperature range is −46 to +177 °C and viscosity range is 0.5–1500 cP. These published values describe the series or cited configuration rather than every possible order code. Final selection must confirm wetted materials, drive speed, connections, suction conditions and any application-specific limits.

For total cost of ownership, correct sizing and material selection are critical. Operating within verified limits supports predictable service intervals and reduces avoidable wear, while planned access to service parts helps maintenance teams control downtime risk. AxFlow can help identify the correct Micropump GA configuration, check availability and support replacement or OEM projects. Request a quote for Micropump GA from AxFlow.

Micropump GA is intended for analytical, laboratory and OEM systems that require smooth, precise delivery at very low flow. The series should be matched to the actual duty point and liquid properties rather than selected by family name alone. AxFlow can help confirm the correct configuration before ordering.
The magnetic coupling transfers torque without a conventional dynamic shaft seal in the liquid path. This reduces a common leakage and wear point while keeping the drive physically separated from the process liquid. Material compatibility and operating limits still need to be checked for the actual application.
Check required flow, differential and system pressure, viscosity, temperature, suction conditions, wetted materials, connections and drive speed. Also confirm whether abrasives, solids or chemical compatibility introduce additional restrictions. AxFlow can review these points against the available series and configuration data.
Yes, AxFlow can help identify the installed Micropump GA pump, drive and relevant service parts or replacement reference. Replacement should be based on the full model or order code and application data, not only the series name. This reduces the risk of ordering an incompatible hydraulic or material configuration.
Operate the pump within its verified pressure, temperature, viscosity and suction limits and use wetted materials compatible with the liquid. Planned service and suitable filtration where the application requires it can reduce avoidable wear. Correct sizing and spare-parts planning help maintenance teams reduce unplanned downtime over the equipment lifecycle.
