Product description

Micropump GAF is used where engineers and OEM builders need accurate, repeatable liquid handling in a compact pump package. It is relevant for low-flow duties that require higher differential pressure in compact equipment, especially when installation space, flow stability, fluid containment and maintenance planning affect process uptime.

The series uses suction-shoe magnetic-drive gear pump technology with EagleDrive. The magnetic coupling removes the dynamic shaft seal from the liquid path, while the pump hydraulic design supports controlled transfer, dosing or circulation in compact equipment. This helps reduce leakage-related service points and supports integration into specialised machines, skids and process systems.

Flow range is 46 mL/min to 506 mL/min, maximum differential pressure is 17.2 bar and system pressure is up to 21 bar. Temperature range is -46 to 149 °C and viscosity range is 0.5 to 1500 cP. Final selection should always be checked against the actual fluid, duty point, viscosity, temperature, pressure, wetted materials and drive configuration.

Correct specification supports reliable operation, easier spare-parts planning and lower risk of unplanned downtime. AxFlow can help identify the correct Micropump configuration, confirm availability and provide a quote for replacement, OEM or process applications.

Micropump GAF is used for low-flow duties that require higher differential pressure in compact equipment. It is relevant where compact installation, stable flow and contained liquid handling are important. AxFlow can help check the duty point and select the correct configuration.
The magnetic-drive construction removes the dynamic shaft seal from the liquid path. This reduces one common leakage and maintenance point. Final suitability depends on the fluid, materials and operating conditions.
Check flow, pressure, temperature, viscosity, wetted materials, drive arrangement and installation conditions. These factors determine whether the selected Micropump configuration is suitable. AxFlow can support the selection review.
Yes, AxFlow can help identify the relevant Micropump configuration and support availability checks. The exact replacement should be matched against the installed pump reference. This helps reduce ordering errors and downtime risk.
Micropump pumps are commonly selected for compact OEM and specialist fluid-handling systems. The correct model depends on the required duty point, fluid and installation space. AxFlow can assist with configuration and quotation.
