Micropump GD

Micropump GD is a Micropump cavity-style magnetic-drive gear pump for precision transfer in aggressive, abrasive or high-system-pressure fluid services. It is intended for engineers and OEM builders who need stable fluid handling in compact equipment while controlling leakage risk, repeatability and maintenance access. The correct pump should be selected from the actual flow, pressure, viscosity, temperature and chemical-compatibility requirements.

The product uses a cavity-style magnetic-drive pump with three helical gears and options including abrasion-resistant chambers and hardened steel gears. Magnetic coupling keeps the motor-side drive physically separated from the pumped liquid, while the hydraulic design determines the available flow, pressure capability and tolerance to the process fluid. This architecture supports compact integration and reduces dependence on a rotating shaft seal exposed to the liquid.

Flow is 1.7–13.9 L/min, maximum differential pressure is 6.9 bar, system pressure is up to 103 bar, temperature range is −46 to +204 °C and viscosity range is 0.5–1500 cP. These published limits describe the family rather than every possible configuration, so final selection must also confirm wetted materials, suction conditions, drive speed and any application-specific requirements.

For lifecycle cost, correct sizing matters as much as nominal pump capability.
