Micropump GJR is used where engineers and OEM builders need accurate, repeatable liquid handling in a compact pump package. It is relevant for severe-duty abrasive fluid handling in ink, paint and specialised process applications, especially when installation space, flow stability, fluid containment and maintenance planning affect process uptime.
The series uses cavity-style magnetic-drive gear pump technology with wear-oriented construction. The magnetic coupling removes the dynamic shaft seal from the liquid path, while the pump hydraulic design supports controlled transfer, dosing or circulation in compact equipment. This helps reduce leakage-related service points and supports integration into specialised machines, skids and process systems.
Flow range is 158 mL/min to 3.4 L/min, maximum differential pressure is 5.5 bar and system pressure is up to 21 bar. GJR is selected for abrasive fluids such as pigmented paints, inks and metal-loaded fluids.
