Viking GB-414

Description

The GB-414 external gear pump is used for pipeline injection and transfer of process fluids in upstream and midstream oil and gas operations. It is suited for applications requiring high pressure, consistent flow, and easy field serviceability. It delivers flows up to 47 m³/h (210 GPM) with pressures up to 103 bar (1500 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities up to 550 cP, supporting stable performance in injection systems. Constructed with advanced hardened materials on critical wear surfaces, the pump provides durability in demanding conditions. The rebuildable design allows all internal wear components to be replaced, restoring performance without full unit replacement. The pump features a Type 2 bellows mechanical seal and robust thrust bearing design to handle high inlet pressures. Modular porting and compact base-mounted configuration support flexible installation and system adaptation.
