Description

The SG-04 spur gear pump is used for precise low-flow applications such as pipeline injection, sampling, and oil polishing. It is suited for systems requiring accurate metering and high-pressure capability in compact installations. It delivers flows from 0.23 to 1.89 L/min (0.06 to 0.50 GPM) with pressures up to 34 bar (500 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities from 1 to 250,000 cSt, supporting stable performance across a wide range of fluids. Constructed with needle bearings or optional sleeve bearings, the pump supports high-pressure operation and durability. The compact design allows close-coupled or bracket-mounted configurations to fit space constraints. The pump supports single or double configurations, allowing two flow rates from a single drive. Flexible porting and mounting options enable integration into sampling and dosing systems.
