Description

The SG-05 spur gear pump is used for precise flow applications such as pipeline injection, sampling, and oil polishing. It is suited for systems requiring accurate metering and reliable high-pressure performance. It delivers flows from 2.6 to 42.4 L/min (0.7 to 11.2 GPM) with pressures up to 34 bar (500 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities from 1 to 250,000 cSt, supporting stable transfer across a wide range of fluids. Constructed with needle bearings or optional sleeve bearings, the pump supports high-pressure operation and durability. The compact design allows close-coupled or bracket-mounted configurations for flexible installation. The pump supports single or double configurations, enabling two flow rates from a single drive. Multiple porting and mounting options allow integration into injection and sampling systems.
