Description

The SG-10 spur gear pump is used for pipeline injection, sampling, and oil polishing in industrial systems. It is suited for applications requiring higher flow rates combined with reliable high-pressure performance. It delivers flows from 95 to 189 L/min (25 to 50 GPM) with pressures up to 34 bar (500 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities from 1 to 250,000 cSt, supporting stable transfer across a wide range of fluids. Constructed with needle bearings or optional sleeve bearings, the pump supports high-pressure operation and durability. The design ensures consistent performance in demanding injection and sampling environments. The pump supports flexible configurations including motor-mounted or bracket-mounted drives. Double pump configurations allow dual flow rates from a single power source, reducing equipment requirements.
