Description

The Viking 1124C series consists of internal gear pumps developed for transferring viscous liquids in a wide range of industrial and process applications. Typical uses include oils, chemicals, and other fluids requiring steady and controlled flow.These pumps deliver smooth, low-pulsation performance with reliable suction characteristics, even at higher viscosities. The internal gear design ensures gentle fluid handling, making them suitable for shear-sensitive applications while maintaining consistent operation.Constructed from durable cast iron, the 1124C series is built for long service life in demanding environments. It is used in lubrication systems, hydraulic oil circulation, chemical processing, and fuel transfer. The pump supports a wide variety of industrial fluid handling duties. Its flexibility makes it suitable for both general and specialized applications.
The series operates from 8 to 400 GPM, or 1.8 to 91 m³/h. Multiple frame sizes are available to match required capacity and system conditions. Maximum pressure is 200 PSI, or 14 bar.
The pump is equipped with a U-Plus™ bracket that allows adaptation of sealing solutions. It comes standard with the O-Pro® Barrier Seal. This enables users to select sealing arrangements based on process and maintenance needs.
It handles viscosities from 100 to 75,000 SSU and temperatures from 0 to +350 °F, or -15 to +175 °C. Maximum speed varies by model size, ranging from 470 to 1000 RPM. These limits should be considered when selecting the correct configuration.
The pump supports NPT, right-angle, opposite porting, and Class 125 ANSI flange connections. It can be supplied with direct-mounted, gear reducer, or V-belt drives. ProPort™ casing options further expand installation flexibility.
