It is used for chemical processing, lubrication systems, fuel transfer, and viscous liquid handling. The pump is suitable for applications requiring temperature control. It performs reliably across a wide range of industrial processes.
The pump operates from 8 to 400 GPM, or 1.8 to 91 m³/h. Multiple sizes allow accurate capacity matching. Maximum pressure is 200 PSI, or 14 bar.
The U-Plus™ bracket allows multiple sealing options including packing and mechanical seals. The pump is supplied with O-Pro® Barrier Seal as standard. This provides flexibility to match sealing to the application.
It handles viscosities from 100 to 2,000,000 SSU and temperatures from 0 to +350 °F, or -15 to +175 °C. Maximum speeds range from 470 to 1000 RPM depending on size. These limits should be aligned with process conditions.
The pump supports NPT, ANSI flange, right-angle, and opposite porting configurations. Drive options include direct-mounted, gear reducer, and V-belt drives. ProPort™ casing compatibility further enhances installation flexibility.
