Description

The Viking 127C series consists of internal gear pumps developed for transferring viscous liquids in a wide range of industrial and process applications. Typical uses include oils, chemicals, and other fluids requiring consistent and controlled flow.These pumps provide smooth, low-pulsation performance with reliable suction capability, even at higher viscosities. The internal gear principle ensures gentle handling of fluids, supporting stable operation and reducing mechanical stress during continuous use.Constructed in durable cast iron, the 127C series is built for long service life in demanding environments. It is used for corrosive fluids, chemicals, and process liquids across a wide temperature range. The stainless steel construction supports use in aggressive environments. It is suitable for both high-temperature and low-temperature applications.
The pump handles flows up to 320 GPM, or 73 m³/h. Multiple model sizes allow accurate capacity selection. Maximum pressure is 150 PSI, or 10 bar.
The pump can operate with packing or O-Pro® Guard Seal. The U-Plus™ bracket allows adjustment of seal position and type. This provides flexibility depending on process and maintenance requirements.
It handles viscosities from 28 to 2,000,000 SSU and temperatures from -120 to +500 °F, or -85 to +260 °C. Maximum speeds range from 350 to 1150 RPM depending on size. These limits must be aligned with the application.
The pump supports NPT, flanged (ANSI/DIN), right-angle, and opposite porting configurations. Drive options include direct-mounted, gear reducer, and V-belt drives. Foot-mounted construction supports stable installation.
