Description

The 8127A internal gear pump is used for handling hazardous and difficult-to-seal liquids including petrochemicals, isocyanates, and polyols. It is suited for applications requiring maximum containment and safe fluid transfer. It delivers flows up to 500 GPM (114 m³/h) with pressures up to 150 PSI (10 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 250,000 SSU, supporting stable transfer of a wide range of fluids. Constructed with a sealless magnetic drive, the pump eliminates the need for a shaft seal. This ensures all liquid and vapor remain hermetically sealed within the pump during operation. The pump supports multiple porting and drive configurations for integration into industrial systems. It is suitable for applications where environmental safety and containment are critical.
