The series is relevant for water treatment, wastewater treatment and industrial dosing applications where chemicals may be gaseous, shear-sensitive or difficult to pump with valve-based equipment.

The FLEXFLO A platform uses a peristaltic tube principle. Blue-White describes A1 as a compact self-priming pump for low to medium flow applications that delivers smooth chemical feed without check valves or seals that can clog, leak or corrode. A2 is described with gentle low-shear pumping action, while A3 is listed with discharge pressures up to 125 PSI, touchscreen controls and IP-rated M12 connection ports. Remote control signal options across relevant A models include Remote Start/Stop, Flow Verification, Pulse and 4-20 mA, with advanced protocol options on A3. Blue-White product specifications also identify Flex-A-Prene tubing as a thermoplastic elastomer designed for long life in peristaltic chemical metering applications.
