realAx DSM-Control

realAx DSM-Control is a controlled peristaltic dosing pump for precise dosing of small quantities of abrasive, mildly chemical and viscous media. ±1% dosing accuracy, guided hose replacement, optional leak sensor, interfaces including profibus, profinet, canopen and modbus rtu. The control platform supports repeatable dosing and maintenance guidance while the peristaltic principle keeps the medium inside the replaceable tube or hose. Product description

realAx DSM-Control is intended for automated dosing duties where operators need both peristaltic pumping advantages and direct access to process settings. It is relevant for precise dosing of small quantities of abrasive, mildly chemical and viscous media, particularly where abrasive, viscous or shear-sensitive media must be metered without mechanical seals in the product path.

The pump uses peristaltic positive displacement together with integrated electronic control. ±1% dosing accuracy, guided hose replacement, optional leak sensor, interfaces including profibus, profinet, canopen and modbus rtu. These functions help operators set dosing duties, integrate the pump into automation and carry out hose or tube maintenance in a structured way.

tube materials include TPV, PUR and SEBS; media viscosity up to 200,000 mPa·s. Published control and material options depend on the selected configuration, and chemical compatibility must be confirmed for the actual medium.

For maintenance and lifecycle planning, guided service functions and leak monitoring can reduce diagnostic time and support planned hose replacement. The replaceable pumping element remains the key wear component. AxFlow can help match pump size, tube or hose material, communication interface and accessories to the required process duty.

realAx DSM-Control is used for precise dosing of small quantities of abrasive, mildly chemical and viscous media. It combines a peristaltic pumping element with electronic control for repeatable dosing and automation. AxFlow can help check the required flow, pressure, medium and interface.
The product uses integrated display control and configuration-dependent communication functions. ±1% dosing accuracy, guided hose replacement, optional leak sensor, interfaces including profibus, profinet, canopen and modbus rtu. Available interfaces and options should be checked against the exact pump configuration.
Peristaltic pumping is relevant for viscous, abrasive and shear-sensitive products because the medium is contained in the hose or tube. Suitability still depends on the selected pumping-element material and actual operating conditions. AxFlow can help verify compatibility.
Guided hose or tube replacement and monitoring functions can help operators carry out planned service more consistently. The pumping element remains the main product-contact wear component. Replacement intervals depend on pressure, speed, chemistry and operating time.
Select the control and communication interface required by the plant control system. The available network options depend on the exact model and configuration. AxFlow can help confirm interface compatibility and the required accessories.
