Blue-White FLEXFLO M

Blue-White FLEXFLO M is a peristaltic chemical metering pump series for precise dosing in water, wastewater and industrial chemical applications. The hose pump principle keeps the liquid inside the tube, making it relevant for aggressive, viscous or gaseous chemicals. Its control options and tube failure protection help reduce dosing risk and maintenance effort. Request a quote for Blue-White FLEXFLO M from AxFlow.

Product description

Blue-White FLEXFLO M pumps are used where chemical feed must be accurate, controlled and simple to maintain. Typical applications include water treatment, wastewater treatment, chemical dosing and transfer duties where the pumped liquid should remain isolated from pump mechanisms. This is useful for aggressive, viscous, gaseous or shear-sensitive chemicals where leakage, loss of prime and unplanned downtime can affect process continuity.

The FLEXFLO peristaltic principle compresses a pump tube with rollers, so the medium only contacts the tube assembly. This reduces the number of wetted components and removes check valves and mechanical seals from the fluid path. Blue-White lists M3 performance at discharge pressures up to 125 PSI, with touchscreen controls and IP-rated M12 connection ports. Remote signal options include Pulse, 4-20 mA, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and PROFIBUS on relevant models. FLEXFLO pumps are also equipped with patented Tube Failure Detection, which can stop the pump and energise a relay if conductive chemical is detected after tube rupture.

For maintenance teams, the practical value is controlled chemical feed with one main wear component: the tube. The isolated fluid path supports chemical compatibility checks by tube material, while TFD and automation signals help operators respond before a tube failure becomes a process or safety issue. AxFlow can help review the chemical, flow, pressure and control requirements and confirm availability of the correct Blue-White FLEXFLO M model.

Blue-White FLEXFLO M is used for chemical metering in water, wastewater and industrial dosing applications. It is relevant where the liquid should stay inside the pump tube and not contact valves or seals. AxFlow can help confirm model suitability for the chemical and duty point.
The peristaltic design uses a tube compressed by rollers, so the tube is the main wetted wear component. This can simplify spare parts planning and reduce contact between chemicals and pump mechanisms. Tube material and replacement intervals must still be checked for the exact application.
FLEXFLO peristaltic pumps use Blue-White's patented Tube Failure Detection for conductive chemicals. If tube failure is detected, the pump can stop and energise a relay. This supports alarms or communication with external equipment.
Relevant FLEXFLO M models support control options such as Pulse, 4-20 mA, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and PROFIBUS. Available options depend on the exact model and configuration. Check the model data before specifying the pump.
Check chemical compatibility, required flow, pressure, tube material, control signals and installation environment. Also confirm whether Tube Failure Detection is suitable for the chemical conductivity. AxFlow can help review these points before quotation.
