Description

The 1124C-BXB internal gear pump is built for challenging applications such as starch and adhesive handling, where leakage and seal failure are common issues. It ensures controlled, consistent transfer of viscous and difficult-to-seal fluids. It operates across flows from 8 to 200 GPM (1.8 to 45 m³/h) with pressures up to 200 PSI (14 bar). The pump handles viscosities from 100 to 2,000,000 SSU, maintaining stable performance across varying process conditions. Constructed with the O-Pro® Barrier Seal, it minimizes leakage and reduces maintenance compared to packing or conventional mechanical seals. The U-Plus™ bracket allows adaptation to alternative sealing solutions, including cartridge and component seals. Optional ProPort™ casing provides flexibility in port sizes, flange types, and orientations, simplifying system integration. The rigid foot-mounted bracket supports alignment, contributing to extended seal and bearing life in continuous operation.
