Description

The 1224A-BXB internal gear pump is used for handling viscous and temperature-sensitive media such as boxboard coatings, starch adhesives, and hot melt materials. It provides stable and controlled flow in demanding industrial processes. It delivers flows up to 400 GPM (91 m³/h) with pressures up to 200 PSI (14 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 100 to 2,000,000 SSU, with tight clearances supporting high efficiency and strong priming performance. Constructed with O-Pro® Barrier Seal technology, it ensures reliable sealing while simplifying maintenance. This reduces leakage risks and supports continuous operation in applications where conventional sealing methods may struggle. Integral jacket chambers in the bracket and head maintain consistent temperature, supporting efficient handling of heat-sensitive fluids. Multiple porting, drive, and mounting configurations allow flexible integration into existing systems.
