Description

The 4195 internal gear pump is used for refined fuels, lube oils, and rotating equipment lubrication. It is suited for applications requiring high-speed operation and efficient handling of thin to moderate viscosity fluids. It delivers flows up to 580 GPM (132 m³/h) with pressures up to 250 PSI (17 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 15,000 SSU, supporting stable performance in lubrication and fuel systems. Constructed as a compact unit, the pump is designed for installations with limited space. Vertical mounting options and close-coupled configurations reduce footprint and support flexible system layouts. The pump includes behind-the-rotor and balanced seal options for reliable sealing. Multiple porting, drive, and mounting configurations allow integration into a wide range of industrial applications.
