Viking 4195

Description

The 4195 internal gear pump is used for refined fuels, lube oils, and rotating equipment lubrication. It is suited for applications requiring high-speed operation and efficient handling of thin to moderate viscosity fluids. It delivers flows up to 580 GPM (132 m³/h) with pressures up to 250 PSI (17 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 15,000 SSU, supporting stable performance in lubrication and fuel systems. Constructed as a compact unit, the pump is designed for installations with limited space. Vertical mounting options and close-coupled configurations reduce footprint and support flexible system layouts. The pump includes behind-the-rotor and balanced seal options for reliable sealing. Multiple porting, drive, and mounting configurations allow integration into a wide range of industrial applications.

It is used for refined fuels, lube oils, and lubrication systems for rotating equipment. The pump is suitable for thin to moderate viscosity fluids. It performs well in high-speed industrial applications.
The pump handles flows up to 580 GPM, or 132 m³/h. Multiple sizes allow accurate capacity selection. Maximum pressure is 250 PSI, or 17 bar depending on model.
The pump is designed as a compact unit for space-constrained installations. Vertical mounting options further reduce footprint. This supports efficient system integration.
It handles viscosities from 28 to 15,000 SSU and temperatures from -40 to +300 °F, or -40 to +150 °C. Maximum speeds reach up to 1750 RPM depending on model. These limits must match the application.
The pump supports NPT, flanged, and high-pressure flange connections. Drive options include direct-mounted, gear reducer, and motor-mounted configurations. Multiple mounting and sealing options support flexible installation.
