Description

The 4197 internal gear pump is used for lubrication systems, fuel transfer, and compressor applications handling thin to moderate viscosity fluids. It is suited for applications requiring high-speed operation and reliable performance. It delivers flows up to 75 GPM (17 m³/h) with pressures up to 200 PSI (14 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 25,000 SSU, supporting stable transfer across a range of lubrication fluids. Constructed for corrosion resistance, the pump supports operation across a wider pH range. Non-galling gear materials are standard, enabling reliable handling of low-viscosity liquids without excessive wear. The compact design allows installation in space-constrained systems. Behind-the-rotor and balanced seal options provide reliable sealing under high-speed and high-pressure conditions.
