Description

The 4223AA internal gear pump is used for handling hydrocarbons and process fluids across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. It is suited for applications requiring high integrity, reduced emissions, and reliable containment. It delivers flows up to 114 m³/h (500 GPM) with pressures up to 14 bar (200 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities from 1 to 7,700 cSt, supporting stable performance across a range of process fluids. Constructed to API standards, the pump includes static O-ring sealed joints to improve sealing compared to flat gaskets. Additional material thickness and non-destructive testing of castings enhance durability and reliability. The pump supports API 682 cartridge seals and mechanical seals for enhanced containment. Multiple porting and drive configurations allow integration into oil and gas processing systems.
