Description

The 456 internal gear pump is used for handling fuel oil, glycol, and lubricating oils in low-capacity applications. It is suited for systems requiring precise flow and compact installation. It delivers flows up to 3 GPM (0.7 m³/h) with pressures up to 250 PSI (17 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 7,500 SSU, supporting efficient transfer of low to moderate viscosity fluids. Constructed with a mechanical seal as standard, the pump provides reliable and self-adjusting sealing. The seal design supports consistent performance with minimal maintenance requirements. A built-in relief valve allows liquid bypass from discharge to suction, preventing excessive pressure buildup. Motor-mounted configuration and compact design support easy integration into small systems.
