Description

The 493 internal gear pump is used for compressor lubrication, fuel transfer, and lube oil circulation in industrial systems. It is suited for applications requiring high-speed operation and reliable performance under elevated pressures. It delivers flows up to 75 GPM (17 m³/h) with pressures up to 250 PSI (17 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 15,000 SSU, supporting efficient transfer of low to moderate viscosity fluids. Constructed as a close-coupled unit, the pump supports compact installation with options for vertical and in-line mounting. This reduces footprint and enables integration into space-constrained systems. The pump includes behind-the-rotor and balanced seal options for reliable sealing. Class 300 flanged connections and multiple drive configurations support flexible system integration.
