Viking 75

Description

The 75 internal gear pump is used for filtering, circulating, transferring, and lubricating fluids in light to medium-duty applications. It is suited for systems requiring smooth, consistent flow and compact installation. It delivers flows up to 30 GPM (7 m³/h) with pressures up to 50 PSI (3 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 2,500 SSU, supporting efficient transfer of low to moderate viscosity fluids. Constructed as a close-coupled unit, the pump mounts directly to the motor without additional drive components. This reduces footprint and simplifies installation in space-constrained environments. The simplified rotor retention system provides an economical solution for medium-duty service. A lip seal is used for sealing, supporting reliable operation in standard applications.

It is used for filtering, circulating, transferring, and lubrication applications. The pump is suitable for light to medium-duty service. It performs well in general industrial systems.
The pump handles flows up to 30 GPM, or 7 m³/h. Multiple sizes allow accurate capacity selection. Maximum pressure is 50 PSI, or 3 bar.
The close-coupled design allows direct mounting to the motor. This eliminates the need for additional drive equipment. It reduces footprint and simplifies installation.
It handles viscosities from 28 to 2,500 SSU and temperatures from -20 to +350 °F, or -25 to +175 °C. Maximum speed is 1800 RPM. These limits must match the application.
The pump supports NPT and opposite porting configurations. It is supplied as a motor-mounted unit. A lip seal provides sealing for standard operating conditions.
