Description

The 895 internal gear pump is used for refined fuels, lube oils, and lubrication systems handling hazardous or difficult-to-seal liquids. It is suited for applications requiring reliable containment and consistent fluid transfer. It delivers flows up to 75 GPM (17 m³/h) with pressures up to 125 PSI (9 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 250,000 SSU, supporting stable performance across a wide range of fluids. Constructed with a sealless magnetic drive, the pump eliminates the shaft seal and ensures all liquid and vapor remain hermetically sealed. This supports safe handling of hazardous and sensitive media. The compact design allows flexible mounting with motor-mounted and direct-mounted configurations. Optional high-pressure canister capability supports demanding inlet conditions and system requirements.
