Description

The 897 internal gear pump is used for refined fuels, lube oils, and lubrication systems handling hazardous or difficult-to-seal liquids. It is suited for applications requiring high containment and reliable fluid transfer. It delivers flows up to 75 GPM (17 m³/h) with pressures up to 125 PSI (9 bar). The pump operates across viscosities from 28 to 250,000 SSU, supporting stable performance across a wide range of fluids. Constructed with a sealless magnetic drive, the pump eliminates the shaft seal and ensures all liquid and vapor remain hermetically sealed. An optional high-pressure canister supports inlet pressures up to 2,250 PSI (155 bar). The pump supports multiple mounting and drive configurations including motor-mounted, bracket-mounted, and direct-mounted options. Flexible porting supports integration into industrial systems.
