Product description

Seital Beer centrifugal clarifiers support breweries that need to remove residual yeast, hop-derived material and other insoluble solids after fermentation and before filtration, stabilisation or packaging. Reducing this solids load improves clarification control and can protect downstream filtration capacity while preserving efficient brewery throughput. AxFlow can help match the clarifier to batch size, flow, solids load and required automation.

Beer enters a high-speed disc-stack bowl where centrifugal force moves denser solids outward while clarified beer is discharged through the liquid outlet. Seital beer clarifiers are available with hermetic product handling, controlled inlet and outlet conditions and automatic solids discharge. This combination is intended to clarify beer quickly while limiting unnecessary product disturbance and oxygen ingress.

Seital beer literature publishes centrifugal capacities from 3 to 750 hl/h depending on model and documents hermetic configurations with oxygen pickup typically below 10 ppb. The same literature describes duplex and super-duplex stainless-steel bowl components and automatic discharge options based on time or turbidity measurement. Exact operating capacity and clarification result depend on beer condition, yeast load, temperature and the selected separator configuration.

Efficient primary clarification can reduce downstream filter loading, product losses and cleaning-related interruptions. Automatic discharge and process control also make solids management more repeatable across batches. AxFlow can support configuration, commissioning, service and spare parts planning for Seital Beer installations.

Seital Beer is used to clarify beer by removing residual yeast and other insoluble solids. It is typically installed after fermentation and before downstream filtration, stabilisation or packaging. AxFlow can help match the clarifier to the brewery process.
Published Seital beer data covers centrifugal capacities from 3 to 750 hl/h depending on model. The actual duty depends on beer condition, yeast load, temperature and required clarity. The working point should be confirmed before final selection.
Seital beer clarifiers are available with hermetic product handling and controlled inlet and outlet conditions. Published literature reports oxygen pickup typically below 10 ppb for hermetic configurations. Actual performance depends on the complete installation and operating conditions.
Automatic self-cleaning configurations are available for Seital beer clarification. Solids discharge can be controlled by time or by turbidity measurement depending on the selected system. This reduces manual intervention during production.
Yes, AxFlow can support installed Seital equipment with service and spare parts planning. A review can cover separator condition, controls, wear parts and process requirements. Contact AxFlow to discuss service or replacement needs.
