Beer enters a high-speed disc-stack bowl where centrifugal force moves denser solids outward while clarified beer is discharged through the liquid outlet. Seital beer clarifiers are available with hermetic product handling, controlled inlet and outlet conditions and automatic solids discharge. This combination is intended to clarify beer quickly while limiting unnecessary product disturbance and oxygen ingress.

Seital beer literature publishes centrifugal capacities from 3 to 750 hl/h depending on model and documents hermetic configurations with oxygen pickup typically below 10 ppb. The same literature describes duplex and super-duplex stainless-steel bowl components and automatic discharge options based on time or turbidity measurement. Exact operating capacity and clarification result depend on beer condition, yeast load, temperature and the selected separator configuration.
