Product description

Seital Dairy centrifugal separators support dairies that need controlled clarification, skimming, bactofugation and milk or cream standardisation before downstream processing. Typical duties include raw-milk clarification, warm and cold milk skimming, whey processing and standardised product streams where fat control, solids removal and stable production directly affect yield and product quality. AxFlow supplies Seital equipment and can help match the separator configuration to the required duty point and automation level.

The separation process uses a high-speed disc-stack bowl to separate liquid phases and suspended solids according to density. Seital dairy systems are available in manual, automatic and standardising configurations, allowing the installation to be adapted to process integration, operator involvement and cleaning requirements. Automatic milk and cream standardisation can be integrated into the separator skid or supplied as a separate process module.

AxFlow publishes capacities up to 65,000 l/h for Seital dairy separators. Seital dairy literature also documents warm-milk skimming with typical residual fat in skim milk of 0.03–0.05% by the Gerber method, while available configurations and materials vary by model and application. Final selection should therefore be based on product, temperature, flow, fat target, solids load and required hygienic or regulatory conditions.

The correct separator and automation concept can reduce product losses, manual adjustment and unnecessary process interruptions while supporting predictable cleaning and service routines. A duty-specific configuration also helps protect downstream equipment and maintain stable production over the equipment lifecycle. AxFlow can support selection, commissioning, service and spare parts planning for Seital Dairy installations.

Seital Dairy is used for milk clarification, skimming, bactofugation and milk or cream standardisation. The correct configuration depends on flow, product condition, solids load and the required fat target. AxFlow can help select the appropriate separator and automation level.
AxFlow publishes dairy separator capacities up to 65,000 l/h. Actual capacity depends on the separation duty, product properties and selected machine. AxFlow can review the required duty point before quotation.
Yes, Seital offers milk and cream standardisation solutions for dairy processing. The standardisation system can be integrated into a new separator skid or supplied separately depending on the project. AxFlow can help define the suitable arrangement.
Cleaning and maintenance requirements depend on the separator configuration and dairy process. Automatic discharge and hygienic process design can reduce manual intervention and support repeatable cleaning routines. AxFlow provides service and spare parts support for installed Seital equipment.
Selection should consider flow, temperature, fat target, solids load, cleaning requirements and automation level. Material and configuration choices must also match the specific dairy process and applicable standards. Contact AxFlow for product selection and availability.
