Seital Wine supports wineries that require efficient clarification after fermentation and before filtration, stabilisation, maturation or bottling. Wine can contain yeast, grape residues and other suspended solids that increase turbidity and place additional load on downstream filters. Centrifugal clarification provides a continuous way to reduce that solids load while protecting process continuity and product handling.
The separator uses a high-speed disc-stack bowl in which centrifugal force accelerates the natural density difference between the liquid and suspended solids. Denser particles move outward into the solids space while clarified wine leaves the separator through the liquid outlet. The exact discharge, automation and hygienic configuration should be matched to the wine, solids load and operating strategy.
