PROFOX-M is a compact intelligent multi-turn actuator for gate and globe valves. It covers 2 to 100 Nm, output speeds from 5 to 70 rpm and supports open-close and modulating duty. The operating principle and control architecture are selected to suit the specific valve movement and duty, helping avoid unnecessary mechanical stress and ensuring that the actuator delivers the required movement rather than simply maximum power.
Current specifications include IP67/IP68 enclosure protection, C5-M/C5-I corrosion protection and −30 to +70 °C ambient range. PROFOX-M includes variable speed, diagnostics, predictive-maintenance functions and integration options such as Modbus, Profibus and Profinet.
