Product description

The IQT3 Pro Shutdown Battery variant extends the capabilities of the IQT3 Pro actuator by adding an integrated fail-safe battery pack that drives the valve to a pre-configured safe position when mains power is lost—ensuring process continuity or safe shutdown in isolation, blow-down or emergency applications.

From a performance standpoint, this model retains the high torque part-turn duty of the IQT3 Pro line, while adding a UPS-mode option and configurable fail mode (fail-open/closed/stay-put/percentage), enhancing safety and operational resilience for critical valves.

In terms of design, the actuator retains the IP66/68 rated, double-sealed enclosure and explosion-proof certification even with the battery integrated, enabling installation in hazardous environments; oil-bath lubrication supports any mounting orientation and the unit is fully network-enabled with intelligent diagnostics and remote setup.
