Grundfos multi-function valves comprises multi-function valves for dosing pumps used for chemical dosing systems requiring controlled backpressure, pressure relief, deaeration and draining. It is relevant where reliable hydraulic or dosing performance, predictable operating conditions and maintainable equipment are important to process continuity. The Grundfos multi-function valve uses two diaphragms and combines several functions in one assembly mounted directly on the pump discharge valve. It can maintain backpressure, relieve excessive discharge pressure, support deaeration and allow the pressure-side line to be drained. The construction should be selected against the actual liquid, system curve, installation and control requirements so that the technical advantages translate into stable operation.
The valve is specified for compatible dosing pumps up to 60 l/h; exact pressure settings and material compatibility depend on the selected valve version and chemical duty. These values describe the published series scope rather than a universal duty point, so the exact model, materials, pressure class and accessories must be verified for the application.
