AxFlow Hungary acquires Forszi-Tech Kft
- Expands its service, maintenance and repair offer.
Budapest, Hungary: November 2, 2015
AxFlow Kft., part of AxFlow Group has acquired Budapest-based Forszi-Tech Kft. – pump and industrial heavy machinery repair and maintenance operation in Central Hungary.
The acquisition, which was formalized in October, is in line with AxFlow strategy and it is a major development for AxFlow Hungary as it provides the Company with a substantial in-house pump repair resource and operation base.
Forszi-Tech was established in 2013 and from its new industrial site at Szászhalombatta the company provides service and maintenance of wide range of pump types to major petrochemical and chemical factories in the region.
Announcing the acquisition, AxFlow Managing Director Laszlo Vago says:" AxFlow Hungary has been lacking strong internal service support for a long time. Our distributed pump population deserves high quality technical assistance and that's what we found in Forszi-Tech and especially in the competence and long term experience of the owner Mr. Csaba Ládi. We have had remarkable growth in the sales of new equipment in a past. And now we're well fitted to look after the installed park with the committed and professional Forzi-Tech service team."
And Csaba Ládi, the Managing Director and owner of Forszi-Tech comments:" So far our primary focus has been on oil & gas manufacturers in the region. Recently we have started to help AxFlow with repair work and suddenly we saw an interesting increase of service jobs from other industries. I see our co-operation with AxFlow, as major step forward and a great opportunity for further growth of the service business."
