  • Upgradeable channel count → lets the monitoring system grow with plant requirements

Description

Adash A3800 is intended for critical machinery that requires continuous condition monitoring rather than periodic handheld measurements. The compact system can be configured with 4, 8, 12 or 16 vibration channels and expanded later as monitoring requirements grow. Matching DC inputs allow vibration trends to be compared with process variables such as temperature or pressure.

Each group of four vibration channels is measured simultaneously and has access to a tacho/speed input. The A3800 supports overall values, time signals, real-time FFT, envelope analysis, ACMT low-speed bearing analysis, order analysis, RPM, DC and orbit measurements. Data can be transferred through Ethernet or Wi-Fi and managed in Adash DDS software, while Virtual Unit can turn the device into a multi-channel analyzer.

Current Adash specifications cover 4–16 AC inputs, 4–16 DC inputs and 1–4 tacho inputs, with 24-bit conversion and 120 dB dynamic range. The system supports frequency analysis up to 25.6 kHz with 16 channels and FFT resolution up to 25,600 lines. The unit uses 12 V DC power, Ethernet/Wi-Fi communication and a compact aluminium enclosure measuring approximately 117 × 117 × 58 mm.

Scalability allows a plant to start with a limited number of critical points and extend monitoring without replacing the base platform. Continuous data, process correlation and centralised DDS analysis support earlier detection of deterioration and better planning of maintenance work. AxFlow can help define channel count, sensors, network architecture and service requirements for the installation.

Adash A3800 is used for continuous multi-channel vibration and process-condition monitoring of critical rotating machinery. It helps maintenance teams obtain condition data before faults develop into unplanned stops. AxFlow can support product selection and application review.
Selection should consider number of vibration and process channels, tacho requirements, sensor types, network connection, data-storage strategy and DDS configuration. The required sensors, measurement functions, software and installation conditions should also be defined before ordering. AxFlow can help verify the configuration for the intended machine or monitoring task.
Adash A3800 provides measured condition data that can be trended or analysed to identify changes in machine behaviour. This supports maintenance decisions based on actual equipment condition rather than fixed intervals alone. The value depends on consistent measurement practice and correctly defined limits.
Adash supports DDS software with this product family for data storage, trending or analysis where the relevant product function is enabled. Available DDS functionality depends on the instrument and software licence. AxFlow can help clarify the appropriate software setup.
AxFlow can support product selection, service questions and replacement planning for Adash monitoring equipment. The exact instrument, firmware, sensors and accessories should be identified before spare parts or replacements are specified. Contact AxFlow to review the installed configuration and availability.
