Description

The electric double diaphragm pumps in the COGNITO series combine the positive delivery characteristics of compressed air diaphragm pumps with improved energy efficiency, while also offering decisive advantages through the integration of analysis and monitoring functions as well as various safety features.

The self-priming and dry-running EODD pumps are designed for pumping viscous and abrasive media and enable a volume flow of up to 800 l/min and a maximum delivery pressure of up to 8 bar. They are available in durable, corrosion-resistant aluminium and stainless steel housing materials. The pumps are equipped with patented, extra-large diaphragm plates as standard. These reduce the stroke length required during the suction and displacement process, which extends the service life of the diaphragm and improves the energy efficiency of the pump. In addition, hardened stainless steel valve seats in combination with the valve balls used enable blockage-free pumping of abrasive media with a grain size of up to 9 mm.

IoT connectivity in combination with the company's proprietary COGNITOsmartINSIGHTS software enables real-time monitoring and data collection regardless of location. This allows the condition of the process technology to be continuously monitored, analysed and optimised.
