Description

NOV Mono Hygienic Progressive Cavity Pump range is an appropriate solution for the Food & beverage and Pharmaceutical industries, offering a product-friendly pumping principle. The food graded pump is suitable for shear-sensitive, corrosive and abrasive liquids and can handle varying viscosities. It pumps with ease solids up to 25 mm in diameter and liquids with entrained air and gases.

The pulsation-free, metered flow makes the NOV Mono Hygienic Progressive Cavity Pump ideal for batching processes. Its pumping principle provides variable speed control for efficient, slow pumping and process control for accurate dosing.

Thanks to, among others, the detachable titanium flexishaft, the pump is easy and quick to dismantle and clean. The wearing parts such as the rotor and flexishaft can also be replaced independently of each other, contributing to reduced cost of ownership over the pump’s life.
