INOXPA SLRT is designed specifically for truck-cistern discharge where compact dimensions, low installed weight and gentle product handling are important. It is used for sanitary liquid products with or without delicate solids. The ability to drive the pump hydraulically makes it suitable for vehicle-mounted transfer systems where an electric motor may not be the preferred drive.
Bi-lobe rotors rotate synchronously inside the casing without touching each other. Product fills the cavities between lobes and casing and is carried toward the discharge in fixed volumes, creating a continuous transfer stream. Interchangeable connections and the compact housing simplify adaptation to the vehicle installation.
Current INOXPA information specifies AISI 316L for the casing and lobes, AISI 304 for the feet and EPDM gaskets. The internal surface finish is Ra < 0.8 µm and the standard sanitary mechanical seal uses SiC/carbon with EPDM. The hollow shaft uses an SAE 6B 1-inch spline for the drive connection.
The simple sanitary layout supports cleaning and routine maintenance in mobile duty, where downtime directly affects loading and delivery schedules. Correct hydraulic motor sizing, connection layout and seal compatibility are important to avoid operating the pump outside its intended duty.
