Description

The Seital separator is ideal for clarifying wine. A wine is considered clear when there are no visible particles suspended in it and, in the case of white wine, when there is a certain degree of transparency. The separator removes insoluble particles suspended in the wine, such as dead yeast cells, bacteria, grape residue, etc. Wine with too many suspended particles will be cloudy and dull. Most wines are therefore clarified after fermentation/fermentation. The Seital separator not only ensures a clear wine, but also improves the quality of the wine in this way.
