Product Description
Based on an adaptable platform, the Votator® Origin scraped surface heat exchanger is configured to operate under harsh conditions where other heat exchanger technologies can fail or cannot sustain operational efficiency over a longer period.
Designed to meet 3-A sanitary requirements, the Votator Origin is used to heat or cool low and medium viscous products with or without particles. The Votator Origin scraped surface heat exchanger is available in two basic configurations:
Horizontal:
Rigid stainless-steel frame
Easily extendable up to 6 cylinders
Vertical:
Manual "pivot-point" feature to re-position the cylinder for production or service modes
