AxFlow Northern Ireland provides a comprehensive range of service products, each specifically tailored to meet customers’ requirements.
Emergency and planned service encompasses installation, commissioning, upgrading, troubleshooting and repair of damaged or deteriorating assets. Actuator overhauls are performed in our workshops to bring long-service units back to guaranteed ‘as new’ condition. Health checks enable customers to prioritise maintenance and replacement planning, whilst preventative maintenance enhances the integrity of actuators to maximize plant utilization.
Retro Fit
AxFlow NI has a wealth of experience in retrofitting new actuators to valves, penstocks and dampers installed on existing plant. AxFlow Northern Ireland services capabilities include surveys, design, procurement, manufacturing and commissioning to cover the broad scope of activities surrounding actuation projects. Whether customers are replacing obsolete actuators, changing power sources or motorizing manual valves, we offer a tailor-made solution to meet customers’ specific requirements
Actuator Overhaul
After a long service life customers may prefer their actuators to be completely overhauled rather than replacing them with new ones. In AxFlow NI's workshop we completely strip and rebuild actuators, returning them to their original state.
Preventative Maintenance
We provide preventative maintenance to enhance the integrity of actuators and their associated valves. We can tailor programmes depending upon the type of actuators, the availability of asset information, and the criticality of the plant to maximize up-time whilst minimizing operating costs.
Some customers lack detailed information on their assets, making it difficult to prioritize maintenance and replacement investment. We can carry out a detailed and intrusive inspection of the actuators and combine this with build data from our own databases to give customers a complete view of their assets.
Field Service
Available for all types of actuator, in all areas (including hazardous environments). Some customers require guaranteed emergency response times; others require planned response for all types of actuator work, including installation, commissioning, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repair of damaged or deteriorating assets.
Training
Rotork Training is designed to meet the specific needs of your staff and their Rotork Actuators. Before any course begins, we work with you to create a training programme that makes the most of your people and the Rotork products we supply. We work closely with the Rotork training team to assemble training professionals that best match your needs and budget.
Most courses start with an overview of actuator types and designs and then go on to deal with your specific needs. However, the best way to learn about Rotork Actuators is to take them apart, and that’s just what we provide.
This hands-on approach is adopted wherever possible and is used during discussions on subjects as diverse as the commissioning of torque limit switches and electrical fault finding.

At AxFlow Northern Ireland we handle all aspects of the supply of Rotork spares from technical support, quotations, order processing and shipping.
